Today this program has been consolidated as an employee value proposition and is part of the 2025 Sustainability Master Plan, being the first of its strategic lines, with defined goals at the same level as economic and environmental ones.

2022 Highlights
- Implementation of training modules on employer branding, creation of channels for attracting talent and selection methodologies that promote diversity.
- Launching of ACCIONA's Institute of Technology to identify, design, execute and scale learning solutions related to ACCIONA's regenerative purpose.
- Consolidation of internal academies, adding a new academy under this model with a focus on technology and transformation learning.
- Top Employer certification in Mexico, USA, Brazil, Canada, and Australia, and continental seal in North America.
- Approval of the Diversity and Inclusion Policy. Increased percentage of women in leadership and management positions.
2023 Main challenges
- Global implementation of a new online assessment tool for the first stage of the selection process and implementation of an action plan linked to the conceptual update for the main groups of candidates.
- Implementation of the International Mobility Program aimed at the company's technicians/specialists and consolidation of the Development Talks’ process to keep on adding key tools to promote this culture.
- Promoting the management of technical and transversal learning under the Academies model for the development of employees in key competencies within technical areas and/or critical functions to improve performance. A Sustainability Academy will be founded by 2023.
- Setting up several pilots of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality experiences, some aligned with Metaverso ACCIONA.
- Deploying paperless initiatives with new tailor-made learning itineraries.
